Our Services
THE FACILITY
Located in beautiful Adams County, Pennsylvania, Cedarline Farm, is comprised of 73 rolling acres, abutting the Conewago Creek. Our facilities include a 100'x200' outdoor arena with manicured sand footing and exterior lights, as well as a 65'x120' indoor arena with custom equestrian footing and extensive mirrors. Well-maintained, we strive to provide an environment that caters to our horses. Additionally, we offer an extensive trail system to keep our athletes fresh and interested in their work.
CLINICS
Cedarline Farm provides opportunities to ride with nationally and internationally recognized clinicians. A quiet, welcoming environment for green horses, we strive to provide safe, positive experiences for both horses and riders. The clinicians we welcome to the farm are hand selected based on both their level of knowledge and their kind, systematic approach to horses. While we strive for excellence, we also believe learning is best achieved through patience and understanding. We hope that both riders and auditors leave inspired after a hard day's work.
EQUINE THERAPY
Sue Smith also offers professional services in Certified Equine Massage Therapy, PEMF Equine Therapy, and the SURE FOOT Equine Stability Program, as well as clinics, both at Cedarline Farm and at select farms in the surrounding area here in South Central, PA.
When every stride counts, be sure you're giving your horse the edge they need.
Cedarline Equine offers PEMF, BEMER, Equine Massage, and SURE FOOT Equine Stability Program®.
PEMF & BEMER
PEMF is a complementary modality that stimulates and exercises cells to optimize wellness, increase range of motion, generate natural cellular energy, provide support for healthy joint and cartilage function, assist with muscle fatigue and discomfort after exercise and promote general relaxation. BEMER or Bio-Electro-Magnetic-Energy-Regulation is a subtype of PEMF therapy utilizing a blanket and leg cuffs. It works by improving microcirculation in the muscles to help stimulate blood circulation for a better recovery.
Equine Massage
The Masterson Method is a type of bodywork that incorporates light touch and movement/range of motion techniques in a relaxed state to release tension and restriction in the body. It welcomes the horse to participate and be part of his own recovery. Driven by her desire to help her own horses and others, Sue is in her final phase of the Masterson Method certification.
SURE FOOT Equine Stability Program®
The SURE FOOT Equine Stability Program® unique approach utilizes a variety of controlled, unstable surfaces to potentially improve or reset the horse’s proprioceptors, engage the parasympathetic nervous system, and allow the horse to self-regulate. Below you'll find a video of Sunny. Sunny is currently rehabbing from multiple fractures which have initiated compensations throughout his body. In that video, you can witness a twist in his sternal line. Through a SURE FOOT session, he was able to rebalance his thoracic sling.

PEMF Testimonial
Boomer is 11 this year and unfortunately, his legs can’t always keep up with his heart. Yesterday he overdid it playing in the snow and was sore. This video shows him before and after the PEMF session. PEMF is no substitute for proper vet care, it’s not magic, but it’s a great complementary modality.
SURE FOOT Equine Stability Program® Testimonial
SURE FOOT helps the horse engage the parasympathetic nervous system and self-regulate. In just a few minutes, Bebe had gone from rearing to relaxation, a great tool to incorporate into your training program or simply improve your horse’s day-to-day handling.
